- Download the APK or visit the site. Android users download our APK file from primo.asia; iOS and web users navigate to primo.asia in Safari, Chrome, or your browser of choice.

- Open primo and register or sign in. Launch the app or open primo.asia. If you are new, tap "Open account on primo" and enter your email, username, password, mobile number, and agree to our terms. If you already have a primo account, sign in with your username and password.

App vs. browser: what to expect on primo

Troubleshooting common installation issues on primo
If you see "This app is blocked by Google Play Protect" or similar warnings, this is normal for apps installed outside Google Play. Our APK is safe to install; tap "Install anyway" or "More details" → "Install anyway" to proceed. If your Android device says "Unknown app," go to Settings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps, select your browser or file manager, and allow installation.
